The polls will be exclusively about issues of Tolkien history. Some are quite in-depth and will need you to think about what the choices are rather than simply casting your vote straight away. They will be renewed every 2-3 weeks.

Site Aims
Of course you are all big fans of Tolkien's myth so there need not be any extra incentive to join in with the site other than the thought of discussing Tolkien.However on this site there are several other features available. There is a relatively complex ranking system - so you can have more interaction with the site. You can select your own race kingdom of Tolkiens world to enhance this feeling. When your on the forums your rank is what all people notice after your username.
There are of course quizes to test yourself ranging from beginner to loremaster. This also gives more interaction with the site.
As an additional extra we have appointed admins and moderators who are known respectively as Valar and Maiar.
In additon to these there is a gallery where you can find many images and computer artwork from over the internet. A map centre, where maps can be found from the different Ages of Arda. A Timeline centre which has several timelines of great detail about the history of Arda.
The overall aim is to discuss and learn about the greatest fantasy world ever created.
